MB Ghouri Snooker’s story is a journey through table making, club management, federation involvement, tournaments, player development, distribution and international projects.
Built on a journey that began in Karachi in 1987, driven by a passion for snooker, craftsmanship and the desire to contribute to the growth of the game in Pakistan.
After learning the trade in Karachi, the journey moved to Lahore in 1990, reconnecting with Punjab roots and establishing Lahore as the foundation for a growing career.
The establishment of Big Break Snooker Club created a place for players to practice, compete and develop, strengthening relationships across Pakistan's snooker community.
International tables imported from England were studied piece by piece, turning years of practical knowledge into expertise in table construction, fitting and maintenance.
Involvement with the Snooker Federation brought experience into federation-level management. Approximately 8–9 clubs were operated, giving players places to practice and improve.
This built connections across the community, including with Muhammad Yousuf, the 1994 World Champion, while supporting players who went on to compete at national, Asian and world levels.
The business expanded into distribution and professional supply — working with Calendar, Star and Viraka to supply approximately 8,750+ tables across Pakistan, then into Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Europe.
An invitation to Saudi Arabia led to work on a table at an academy associated with Ronnie O'Sullivan, followed by the supply, fitting and installation of 16 tables for a Saudi club.
Today, MB Ghouri Snooker represents nearly four decades of experience across table making, equipment supply, club management, player development, federation involvement and international projects.
